Mrs. McFerran earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in May 2026 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in September 2026. While in law school, she served as the President of the Business Law Society, a staff editor on the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, a Teaching Assistant for the law school’s Juris Master program, and a guardian ad litem within the Child Advocacy Clinic. Additionally, upon graduation, she was recognized for distinguished pro bono service as she served over three times the 40-hour requirement.
Mrs. McFerran earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 2023.
Mrs. McFerran began working for Fitzsimmons, Hewitt, Stranzl, & Spaid as a law clerk during her final semester of law school. Upon passing the 2026 Bar Exam, she transitioned into her current roles as an Associate Attorney.
