Business Litigation

Business partners don’t always agree with each other and don’t always have the same interpretation of contracts and agreements. We represent individuals and businesses in disputes amongst partners, shareholders, and members, as well as business versus other business in disputes over the interpretation or enforcement of contracts. Often times we will consult with business for ways to avoid litigation, including pre-suit negotiations and other alternative dispute resolutions. Litigation is not always best for individuals or businesses, as it is time consuming, costly, and always involves an element of risk. However, there are times when litigation is the only option.
